If you haven't been to a fiddle contest, you haven't been livin' right! Fiddle contests are usually funded and sponsored by a local community as part of a festival. Fiddlers and guitar players compete in various age categories for prize money and/or trophies. All look forward to the competition, good music, jam sessions, and time with friends.
